Stuart joins dohertybaines as an Equity Partner with over 18 years experience in National Business Space agency and investment. Stuart has mostly focused on industrial and office investment at Holley Blake and more recently Colliers International. Acting for a broad range of institutional, property company and developer clients, he has structured a wide range of portfolio/single asset acquisition and disposals, sale and leasebacks and fundings. He is a keen golfer and squash player and has recently taken up kitesurfing.
