We have recently partnered with Ecovest to explore the opportunities of creating renewable solar energy in the UK. Our partners have over 8 years experience in roof mounted solar systems throughout Europe. They recently completed a JV partnership with BP for one of the world’s largest solar Photovoltaic (‘PV’) installations.

Among the benefits are an additional revenue stream, increasing the occupiers green credentials and hence the marketability of the premises and the production of local, on-site energy

We are focusing on large owner occupiers and landlords who have buildings with a foot plate in excess of 80,000 sq ft in southern England. This is the beginning of a new industry in the UK. We believe that through our real estate expertise and close relationships with prominent occupiers in each of the market sectors dohertybaines can assist our new partners in achieving market leadership in this industry.
