Acting on behalf of LaSalle Investment Management Unit 1 The Chase Centre, Chase Road, Park Royal (2,716 sq ft) has just been let to Datawaind Ltd for a term of 5 years.
Unit 708 A Tudor Estate, (1,755 sq ft) and 706 Tudor Estate Abbey Road, Park Royal (5,143 sq ft) have also been let to Aquaplus UK Water Distribution and to Stol Joinery respectively on behalf of Segro.
Carlo Manzi Ltd have also taken Unit 5 Royal London Estate (7,200 sq ft) Ltd for a term of 5 years.
